Golden sand under our feet,
A dusky sky is all we see!
Heartbeats beating so loud,
Every step with you by my side makes me feel proud.
Our footprints are craving the sand,
Would you let me, if I wish to hold your hand?
I love the sound of crashing waves,
But, the sound of our hearty laughter is what makes my day!
Slowly the cotton like clouds move aside,
Making the sun rays fall on your smile that is so wide.
Lapping waves and this shore of deserted beach,
Wakes up all the desires that are within my reach.
I often recall the moments between us,
It always ends with my cheeks feeling flushed.
A feeling of fantasy and reality blending,
Wish all these time that we spend are never-ending.
It starts to drizzle and we reach out for the shade,
Side by side with you there is nothing I want to trade.
I am glad that with you I can be who I want to be,
So, cheers to you, me and this incredible sea.
